Job Title: Workforce Administrator (HR Administrator)
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours per Week: 15
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join a dynamic team in North East Essex. As a Workforce Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, managing holiday and sickness records, running inductions, and ensuring systems are updated and compliant. The role also involves producing management reports and maintaining data within GDPR requirements.

You will work closely with hiring managers, facilitate monthly reporting, and provide support in payroll forms, offer letters, and contracts. This is an excellent chance to contribute to a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional Primary Care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advertising vacancies and managing applicant processes.
  • Supporting onboarding, including offer letters, contracts, and payroll documentation.
  • Running induction sessions and updating HR platforms.
  • Managing holiday and sickness records.
  • Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems.
  • Preparing changes in hours or salary letters.
  • Ensuring all systems are current and compliant.
  • Producing monthly reports for external stakeholders.

About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a recruitment or HR administration role, with a strong understanding of onboarding, right-to-work checks, and recruitment processes.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A clear and rigorous thinker with a strong sense of integrity.
  • Flexible, confident, and motivated.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Due to the location of the role, having your own transport is essential.

Experience in a Primary Care setting is desirable but not essential.
