On behalf of our client, a specialist in the sports equipment installation market, Top Job Recruitment are seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their clients team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Position: Welder Fabricator
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld sports equipment components to high standards.
• Work primarily based in the Colchester yard with occasional site visits as required.
• Ensure all welding and fabrication work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the company’s high standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator.
• Strong welding and fabrication skills with a focus on precision and quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to occasionally travel to job sites as needed.
