Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Welder/Fabricator for a manufacturing company based in Severalls in Colchester

If you have experience with Welding and Fabricating duties with the planning, coordination, and control of the manufacturing sector and you ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently then this could be the job for you

Job Role:

• Responsible for assisting the Production Manager of fabrication, welding, and assembly of
• engineering duties as required
• Assist if required in maintaining to ensure adherence to health and safety procedures
• Monitor the quality standards of products produced.
• Complete what is asked of you by your Production manager.

Skills Required

• MiG and TIG Welding (coded preferred)
• Operating Guillotines, press brakes, punch press etc
• Fabrication work
• General workshop duties
• Able to read and understand drawings for production
• Understanding Bills of materials for Production
• Knowledge of drawing standards
• Understand sheet metal processes (very important)
• Working knowledge of H & S procedures in an Engineering environment
