About the Role:
We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading manufacturer in the Colchester area, who is looking for a hardworking and dedicated Warehouse Operative to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided, and a Forklift License is preferred but not essential, as in-house training can be arranged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading goods efficiently and safely
• Picking, packing, and preparing products for dispatch
• Assisting with stock management and inventory control
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if qualified)
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team
• Physically able to lift and move heavy items safely
• A Forklift License is preferred but not essential (in-house training available)
