Top Job Recruitment are currently recruiting for a leading Insurance company in the heart of Colchester. Please only apply if you available to start on 11th November 2024 being available for four weeks training following the start date and have wide interview availability before the start date.

£23,400 starting salary (Customer Service Advisors can earn up to 4k a year in bonus).

You will receive four weeks fully comprehensive training. It consists of three weeks classroom training with our in-house trainers, followed by an “academy” environment where you will be receive further support and guidance. To ensure you can be as successful as you can be in your new role.

Working Hours:

37.5 hours a week (Mon – Fri between – 9am & 7pm) 1 in 3 Saturdays on a 3 week shift rotation FULL TIME ONLY

The role and responsibilities:

· Provide great customer service to new and existing customers over the phone, email.

· Build positive relationships with customers, Insurers and other external stakeholders providing advice and solutions as required

· Take personal responsibility for own development and ensuring knowledge and expertise is kept up to date

· Working in a regulated financial environment you will be trained to play an important role in helping the company ensure regulations are followed to protect our customers

Essential criteria we have:

· To be able to travel and work from their Colchester office.

· Engaging personal communication style.

· Positive attitude, resilient and adaptive to change.

· Experience in dealing with customers

· Minimum standard of GCSE Grade 4 or C or above. In English and Maths.
