Are you passionate about helping children and supporting a dynamic therapy team? We have an exciting opportunity for a Therapy Aide to join our clinic and make a real impact in the lives of our patients and their families!

As a Therapy Aide, you will work alongside therapists to assist with patient care, clinic organisation, and support during therapy sessions. This is a fantastic role for anyone looking to grow within the healthcare sector, especially in paediatric therapy, with hands-on experience and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support therapy staff during patient exercises and activities

  • Keep treatment areas clean, organised, and disinfected

  • Assist with volunteer coordination and clinic supplies

  • Perform administrative tasks like uploading patient documents and preparing therapy summaries

  • Help with intensive therapy preparations and post-intensive tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for helping children and working in healthcare

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • The ability to communicate effectively with a therapy team, clients, and families

  • Previous experience in healthcare is a plus, but not required
