Salary: £60,000.00 to £150,000.00 OTE (Basic Salary or Commission-Only Options Available)

The Role:
They are seeking experienced and results-driven Telecoms Sales Executives to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious professionals to leverage a proven formula for success, bringing in new business, managing an existing customer base, and receiving quality leads.

The role offers an exceptional earning potential with no upper limit, making it ideal for commercially minded individuals looking to maximize their financial rewards while contributing to a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling hosted telephony systems (VoIP) and other telecommunications solutions to prospective clients.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Generating leads and following up on opportunities.
  • Managing and up-selling to an existing customer base.
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Taking ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to ongoing client management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling hosted telephony systems or related telecommunications products.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and closing deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a motivated team.
  • Well-presented, tenacious, and articulate with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with some or all of the following products:
    • Telephone systems (primarily hosted/VoIP).
    • Mobile solutions.
    • Data circuits.
    • Call management software.
    • Data cabling.
