Top Job are on the look out for a Team Leader to join a BRAND NEW CHILDRENS HOME in Stanford-Le-Hope.

Are you passionate about supporting children to excel in every area of their lives?

Are you already experienced in working with UK childcare settings and ready to take the next step in your career?

What you will be doing:

  • You will ensure a high standard of care and support is available to each child
  • Support the team, including taking an active role in inducting, supervising, appraising and training the staff that you are responsible for
  • Work alongside a Multidisciplinary team to ensure that high quality care is always delivered
  • Work with your senior team to ensure that all medical needs of the children are being met including booking and managing appointments and routine check ups
  • Work alongside the management team to ensure that all regulatory body expectations and local legislation is met and adhered to.
  • Create a homely and engaging atmosphere for each child in the service

What we need from you:

  • You must have experience working within Children's Homes within the UK
  • You must hold a Level 3 diploma in Residential Child Care or equivalent
  • You must hold a Full UK driving licence
  • You must have a passionate and can do attitude when supporting children
