We are seeking a dedicated Working Foreman with a strong Carpentry background to join our Clients restoration team. Projects will be carried out East Anglia. The ideal candidate will bring experience in management and carpentry, having worked on a variety of projects including commercial and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in a diverse array of projects.
• Execute first and second fix carpentry tasks.
• Uphold a customer-facing role, demonstrating flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations in alignment with the high standards of the business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a skilled carpenter with interior and exterior project expertise.
• CSCS qualification is desirable
• Previous experience as a Foreman is highly desirable.
• Strong background in managing people and small-scale construction projects.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills
