Top Job Recruitment is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator for our client based on the outskirts of Colchester.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a rewarding company. You will be ensuring a smooth and error-free ordering process for our clients. If you are a driven individual with a keen eye for detail, then this could be the role for you!

Job role:

Answering and directing calls – including making outgoing sales calls
Responding to customer enquiries by email
Data inputting to process customer orders, invoices and payments
Supporting Senior Management team
Maintain and update customer records on Sage 200
Check stock and re-order supplies
Organizing dispatches

Skills required:

Sales and admin experience essential
Sage 200 knowledge is a bonus
Good attention to detail

This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm.
