Top Job Recruitment is currently hiring for our client based in Braintree. They have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their internal sales team as a Sales Administration Assistant.

Operating from their head office in Braintree, this role is focused on providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via telephone and other communication channels.
  • Offer tailored solutions and recommendations to meet customers’ needs.
  • Process sales orders and, when necessary, source non-stock items to fulfill these orders.
  • Create, maintain, and update discount codes for clients.
  • Manage the quotation process, taking full ownership of its creation and delivery.
  • Resolve client queries or complaints with a focus on first-time resolution.
  • Maintain and update the sales/supplier database to ensure accuracy.
  • Process and manage returned items.
  • Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and willingness to support other departments.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems; experience with M3 software is advantageous.

Salary: £26,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm, with half an hour lunch break.
