Top Job Recruitment is looking for a Registered Manager for a company based in Suffolk. 

Our client is a family-run domiciliary care provider, caring for the elderly in their own homes.

As a Registered Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage a team of around 15 carers who provide outstanding care to the elderly in their own homes.

Registered Manager Job Role

• Manage a team of around 15 staff care assistants.
• Manage the safety of staff and assess the needs of service users.
• Take part in supervisions with all of your team.
• Be on call between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. in case of emergencies.
• Work Monday-Friday, 09.00-17.00 in an office environment in Sudbury. 
• Provide training courses to staff members who may need them.
• Take part in the recruitment process for new staff members.

Skills Required

• NVQ 5 in Management and Ledership (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
• Experience managing a staff team (essential)
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in doing supervisions with staff members.
