The Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in recruitment. While previous experience is preferred, it is not required — full training will be provided.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying and sourcing quality candidates, supporting consultants, and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
  • Posting and managing job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Conducting initial phone and video interviews to qualify candidates
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and providing regular updates.
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records on the company database.
  • Supporting recruitment consultants with candidate shortlists.
  • Assisting in coordinating interviews and managing candidate feedback.
  • Performing general administrative duties to support the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proactive and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in using online platforms.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
