Top Job Recruitment are working alongside a 5* Housebuilder, who build a mix of Traditional and RC Frame developments across the Oxford & Chiltern region. We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager to join the 8 Project Teams in the BHOC region. You will be responsible to help drive the build quality within the business by conduction site inspections, sharing the lessons learnt and support the Head of QA with implementing the required changes within the business process and model. Ensure compliance to Group BQA Standards across all projects, conduct audits and ensure consistency.

General Duties:

• Support Head of QA with divisional BQA strategic initiatives/implementation.

• Providing weekly inspections and reports of each site regarding quality. I.e. Pre-Commission and Pre-Demo stage.

• Issuing tasks within Fieldview to trades to rectify issues.

• Reviewing and commenting on Contractor ITP and QMP`s.

• Reviewing site QMP`s and assisting with quality risk reviews.

• Assisting with audit preparation and process. Conducting spot checks/audit on quality trends/focus areas.

• Investigating and closing out leak investigations forms.

• Attending Pre-Start Meetings and provide Quality Assurance Inductions to new starters.

• Attending Project Meetings and supporting the sites with all matters relating to quality assurance.

• Adopt a ‘Lessons Learnt’ approach, by sharing and implementing any changes or improvements into the business to help drive the quality of our new homes and developments.

• Support Head of QA with Pre Serve Inspections.

The Salary on offer is between £45K-£50K depending on candidate experience, this would also include a car allowance, pension and 25 days holiday. Sites around located around the M4 corridor is Slough, Bracknell, Ascot and High Wycombe.
