Quality and Environmental Compliance Coordinator
Location: Colchester, Essex ( Occasional)
Salary: Pro-rata £35,000 - £39,000 per annum
Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week
Holiday: 20 Days + Bank holidays (3-year incentive)
Pension: Nest

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality and Environmental Compliance Coordinator to support our ongoing commitment to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) will involve overseeing internal audits, compliance documentation, supplier reviews, customer satisfaction reporting, and environmental data monitoring. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our business adheres to regulatory and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Audits & Compliance

  • Maintain and update the internal audit schedule.
  • Conduct internal audits and allocate audits to other staff.
  • Prepare documentation for external audits and liaise with auditors.

Complaints & Customer Satisfaction

  • Manage and report external complaints, updating the CRM accordingly.
  • Distribute and process customer satisfaction surveys, providing reports on feedback.

Document & Form Management

  • Maintain version control of forms and issue updated versions.
  • Process document change requests and ensure system documentation is up to date.
  • Collaborate with the Health & Safety Officer to ensure compliance with regulations.

Environmental & Sustainability Reporting

  • Collect and report on electricity, water, and vehicle fleet usage.
  • Support ESOS reporting and ensure waste compliance, including duty

Requirements:

  • Must have experience with ISO9001 & ISO14001
  • Must have a Driving License
