Are you a detail-oriented, highly organized individual looking to thrive in a growing and dynamic property business? We’re seeking a Property Administrator to join our team in Halstead, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in coordinating property-related activities, ensuring smooth processes, and contributing to the success of a rapidly expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Coordination:

    • Set up and manage new property valuation applications in our company database.
    • Arrange property valuations with local estate agents and coordinate viewing appointments with field agents.
    • Liaise with photographers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and professional property marketing.
  • Client and Stakeholder Liaison:

    • Communicate effectively with professional and lay executors to finalize property-related appointments.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure all parties are updated throughout the process.
  • Administrative Excellence:

    • Create and compile marketing reports for property sales.
    • Write valuation reports for probate purposes.
    • Arrange EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates) and manage other compliance requirements.
    • Raise invoices and handle documentation through internal systems.
    • Complete additional administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Skills and Attributes

  • Essential Skills:

    • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
    • Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and use initiative while being a strong team player.
    • Proficient in managing tasks under pressure and meeting deadlines.
    • Diligent, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with property-related administration or a similar field.
    • Knowledge of the probate process is an advantage but not essential.
