This role as an Account Manager for a Property Group in Halstead, Essex offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and client satisfaction while working closely with the Key Account Director. If you're a self-motivated individual with a knack for building relationships, overcoming challenges, and achieving sales targets, this position could be an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Educate clients on the full range of services offered by Property Solutions Group.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on ongoing cases and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Drive growth by increasing business levels from assigned accounts.
  • Manage client pipelines across property sales, maintenance, insurance, and valuations.

Person Specification:

Essential:

  • Experience in selling to the professional services sector.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle objections over the phone and negotiate effectively.
  • Highly organized and proficient in Office 365 programs.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with the probate process.
  • Experience in property valuation.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary: Neg
  • Performance-Based Commission: Unlimited earning potential based on results.
