The Role: Production Operative 
Salary: Starting £26,000.00 (With each station deemed competent, ability to raise £500 on salary, max of 5 stations)
Shifts: 0600 - 1430 and 1330 - 2200 ( Need to be able to do both) 

We are currently looking for motivated production operatives to join our established Client in the Colchester area

This position will play a key role in assisting with the development of the business to ensure all signage manufacturing is completed on time

About You & Key Skills required

• Self-motivated and driven
• Positive ‘Can do’ attitude with a client focused commercial approach.
• Working knowledge of the signage industry is preferred but not essential – Post mounted signage, Totems, Flex faces, built up letters, Fascia’s, Vinyl application, digitally printed graphics, Internal graphics.
  
  

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• To ensure all signage manufacturing is completed on time and to an exceptional quality standard
• Producing all types of signage (post mounted, aluminium composite hoardings, fascia’s and vinyl application)
• Follow all company procedures to produce signage and graphics
• Take responsibility for your own and others’ health and safety when working
• Provide efficient interaction with Clients and Client Services teams
• Be flexible with start and finish times to enable the company to deliver jobs effectively working in a structured shift pattern
• Work as part of a team and on own initiative
