Top Job Recruitment are looking for a PA for a company based in Marks Tey.

Our client owns two logistics companies and is currently seeking a PA to help with his day to day running of business. You must be willing to travel acrpss the UK and overseas for this role as it will be required to assist with meetings on a regular basis.

As a PA you will be required to free the executive's time from organising and administrative tasks so that they can spend maximum time on strategic tasks. Ideally you will have some HR knowledge to assist in working with their outsourced provider. You will be working Full Time and must hold a UK driving license with your own vehicle.

PA Job Role:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support their CEO

Experience Required

  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Previous experience in Logistics preferable
  • HR knowledge desirable
  • Experienced PA to CEO
  • Happy to travel (all expenses paid for)

Salary: £30k+ per annum

Working Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
