Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our Client in Colchester. The ideal candidate will assist with general labour duties in landscaping and outdoor maintenance projects. While experience in landscaping is preferred, we are willing to provide training for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general landscaping tasks, including digging, planting, turf laying, and garden maintenance.
• Load and unload materials and equipment at various sites.
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping or outdoor labour is preferred.
• A full and clean UK driving licence is required.
• Must be able to drive to various job sites in and around Colchester.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
