Shifts: Early and Late Shifts Available
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About the Company:
Our client is a leading manufacturer based in Colchester, operating across various markets such as building ventilation, fire safety, and bespoke industrial projects. They are currently seeking a Factory Operative to join their team and support their growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the production and assembly of products to meet company standards.
  • Operating machinery and tools as required.
  • Supporting the manufacturing process by moving materials and components.
  • Conducting basic quality checks and reporting any issues.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the factory floor.
  • Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate tools and machinery (training will be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, with early and late shifts available.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
