We are hiring for a leading manufacturing client specializing in high-quality, bespoke door & windows systems. They provide market-leading products to architects, developers, builders, end users, and installation partners. Their precision-crafted products are manufactured in a modern factory using advanced machinery and techniques.

Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role as an Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for estimating the costs and quantities of materials and labor required for each project. The role involves analyzing project specifications, conducting site visits, collaborating with suppliers and contractors, and preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates. The Estimator will work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing and successful project delivery.

This is a perfect opportunity for an ambitious candidate looking to progress into a department management role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in estimating costs and quantities for construction projects
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ideally proficient in using estimating software Logikal and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of construction materials and industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
