We are looking for a skilled site manager to join a well-established team, overseeing projects across Essex, Hertfordshire, London, and Kent. This role involves managing all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion, leading site teams, coordinating logistics, and ensuring adherence to quality standards for drylining and ceiling installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring projects are executed according to the agreed specifications and schedules.
  • Preparing and delivering regular progress reports, aligning with resource planning and project timelines.
  • Supervising site personnel to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards throughout each phase.
  • Coordinating with the client’s site team and other construction professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Keeping open lines of communication with Contracts Managers and office staff.
  • Organising and managing the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment needed on-site.
  • Enforcing strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in site management or supervision.
  • Proven track record on both small and large-scale projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in drylining and ceiling systems.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage on-site Health & Safety requirements effectively.
  • Experience with document control and QA systems such as Fieldwire, Viewpoint (4projects), SnagR, or similar.
  • Valid Driving License.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification required.
  • CSCS Card – Black or Gold preferred, but not mandatory.
  • First Aid at Work certification is an advantage but not essential.
