Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Customer Relationship and Account Management for a company based in Kelvedon, Essex.

As a Customer Relationship and Account Management you will work in a busy office providing customer service to existing clients and suppliers.

Customer Relationship and Account Management Job Role

  • Answer incoming calls and emails
  • Build strong relationships with clients & suppliers
  • Account manage current clients
  • Support the sales team with daily tasks
  • Focus on engaging and retaining customers
  • Upselling products
  • Processing current clients orders
  • General Administration duties
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Covering staff during sickness / annual leave
  • Any other duties that may be requested by the board of directors


Customer Relationship and Account Management Skills Required

  • At least 1 years Customer Service or Administration experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Fast and accurate administration
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Owing to the location of the office, a full driving licence and your own transport is preferred.
