Salary: £35K - £60K DOE
Top Job are working with an Essex based construction contractor who specialize in residential, medical, commercial, and hospitality fitouts and refurbishments. With a strong presence in the London area, they have a reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. The established Contractor are now seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their dynamic team and help drive projects to success.
Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of various construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards, stay on schedule, and adhere to budgetary constraints. Projects will primarily be based within the City of London ranging from £200k - £300k. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results. However, this isn't jsut an office based role, there will be times you are required to role your sleeves up and jump onto site or even drive to the builders merchants. Everyone has a vital part to play within the business. Nonetheless, it does offer a mix of Site, Office and Remote working.
The Head office is based within the Colchester area, and when expected to travel to London you can either drive using one of the Company Commercial vehicles, or take the train where the fare will be of course reimbursed.
