Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Commercial Manager to oversee the financial aspects of multiple high-end construction projects. This role will ensure all activities align with contractual agreements and comply with legal requirements, driving project success while optimizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project budgets in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Monitor and track project expenses to ensure adherence to financial plans.
