Top Job Recruitment are looking for a CNC Machinist to work within a busy manufacturing environment based in Colchester.

Job Role:

• Mount materials onto machines
• Turning and milling complex welded fabrications
• Operating the machine and tools in accordance with processes and health and safety regulations
• Carry out all work making sure you are responsible for high level of quality and productivity
• Identify operational difficulties, give feedback on manufacturability of machines
• Communicating any faults to the Team Leader.
• Inspecting articles for release of production, to ensure orders are complete
• Safe and certified operation of industrial equipment as needed
• Compliance with the health and safety and environmental regulations
• Participation in work discussion meetings and collaboration with outside departments when needed

Skills Required:

• Expertise with operating and setting CNC machines
• Enjoys being part of a team and works well with others
• Ability to apply technical expertise to work
• Focused on meeting customer expectations and fulfilling quality standards
• Ability to keep to schedules,
