Reporting to: Head of Commercial Operations
Managing: Team of Client Services Coordinators
Salary: £35k-£36k + Benefits
About the Role:
Our client, a leading company in Property & Facility Risk Management Services is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to oversee their client service operations and drive excellence in customer satisfaction. This is a key leadership role, ensuring that client relationships are nurtured, service delivery is seamless, and business objectives are met.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a strategic thinker, and a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of Client Services Coordinators, optimising processes, and acting as the main point of contact for key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Oversee all client communications, handling queries, escalations, and feedback while maintaining high service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Services Coordinators, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Set clear objectives, track team performance, and ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings to support team development and performance.
- Manage and resolve scheduling or resource challenges, ensuring a smooth service delivery process.
- Organise and oversee client site visits, ensuring all logistical and operational elements are efficiently coordinated.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing improvements where necessary.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and contribute to strategies for client retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Play a hands-on role within the team, leading by example and proactively solving operational challenges.
