Position: Client Services Executive
Location: Head Office
Reporting to: Client Services Manager & Head of Commercial Operations
Supervising: Client Services Staff, Client Administration, Client Liaison & Support

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a proactive Client Services Executive to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of client interactions, providing essential administrative support and ensuring a seamless client experience. Working closely with the Client Services Manager and the Head of Commercial Operations, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process client quotations and instructions with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to company service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, promoting company services and scheduling appointments when necessary.
  • Coordinate directly with clients to arrange access and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain and update client information in the company’s electronic database.
  • Collaborate across departments to maintain operational continuity and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company’s values and professionalism.
  • Oversee the management of client services inboxes to ensure timely responses within SLA requirements.
  • Support the Client Services Team by facilitating processes that help meet company targets.
  • Compile and analyze progress reports, highlighting updates and challenges within the Client Services department.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
  • Provide administrative support across the company when required.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets set by the Client Services Manager and Head of Commercial Operations.
