Job Opening: Client Services Coordinator

Our agency is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Client Services Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to join a dynamic client services team. Role Overview:

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring client requests and quotations are handled with precision and efficiency, in line with the company’s Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You’ll also help plan and allocate tasks for Advisors and Surveyors, ensuring cost-effective and efficient scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process client quotations and instructions in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with SLAs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email, offering support and promoting company services.
  • Coordinate access and appointments for clients and the client services team.
  • Maintain and update client information in the company’s electronic database.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives to help achieve company targets and enhance its profile.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and continuity.
  • Deliver outstanding customer care, upholding the company’s reputation for excellent service.
  • Manage the client services email inbox, ensuring prompt responses in line with SLAs.
  • Take on additional responsibilities or projects as assigned by the Process Manager.
  • Meet and exceed deadlines and targets set by management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using databases and other digital tools to manage client information.
  • Previous experience in client services or administrative support is desirable.
