Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Case Support Administrator for a company based in Colchester, Essex.

As a Case Support Administrator you will set up new applications across the business, liaise with field agents, photographers and contractors to coordinate appointments and property viewings. You will also arrange estate agent valuations and liaise with professional and lay executors to finalise the most suitable appointment date and times.


Case Support Administrator Job Role

  • Achieve targets as set by the company
  • Maintain the company values at all times when interacting with colleagues and clients
  • Ensure company appointed processes are adhered to at all times
  • Set up new applications for property valuations onto the company database and log data accordingly
  • Arrange property valuations with local estate agents to value properties
  • Arrange viewings on properties with field agents
  • Create and compile marketing reports
  • Arrange EPCs
  • Raise invoices on internal systems
  • Write valuation reports for probate purposes
  • Arrange photos for properties being placed to market
  • ADHOC administration tasks
  • This role is office based at our Colchester premises. However, you may be expected to attend client offices on rare occasions.


Case Support Administrator Skills Required

  • Strong administration skills, keeping file notes up to date
  • Good telephone manner and strong written communication skills
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Adaptable, Team player
