Job Title: Business Development Executive

Reports To: Manager of Business Development & Head of Commercial Operations
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities and foster growth within existing client accounts. This role requires a strategic approach to identifying potential clients, engaging with current clients, and promoting the company’s suite of services to enhance client engagement, elevate brand awareness, and increase revenue.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services, and operational procedures.
Work collaboratively across departments to understand service delivery and identify areas for business expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to position the company competitively.
Accurately handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and process instructions in line with company standards.
Actively promote company services through various communication channels, including phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.
Deliver exceptional client care, ensuring a high standard of service with a consultative approach.
Attend industry events and client meetings to promote the company’s services and establish strong business connections.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and support company branding efforts.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of business development activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
Assist in responding to contractor applications, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), and tender opportunities as required.
Support compliance with quality, environmental, and safety management systems.
Consistently achieve or exceed set performance benchmarks and deadlines.
Provide clear and concise reporting on business development efforts and successes.
Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as required within the scope of the role.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events when necessary.
