Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Account Manager for a Property company based in Colchester, Essex.

As a Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in growing the company’s sales and client satisfaction. This position will work closely with the Key Account Director and will be self-driven to achieve targets and be responsible for developing and increasing the levels of business from their allocated accounts.

Account Manager Job Role
  • Build relationships with key accounts
  • Ensuring clients are fully aware of the products offered by our client and the benefits to using the services
  • Maintain regular client contact to ensure they are up to date with all existing cases
  • Recommend solutions to clients to get the best outcome for the individual case
  • Developing and increasing the levels of business from your allocated accounts
  • Oversee client pipeline across property sales, maintenance, insurance and valuations

Account Manager Skills Required
  • Previous experience selling to professional services sector
  • Exceptional customers service skills
  • Ability to overcome objections over the telephone
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Organised and structured
  • IT literate with experience in Office 365 programs
  • Desirable to have knowledge of the probate process
  • Desirable to have experience in valuing properties
  • Desirable to have knowledge and use of CRM systems
