Accommodation Manager

Location: St Osyth Beach, Clacton-on-Sea
Hours: 40 hours per week (weekends will be required)
Salary: £35k - £40k (Live-in Available)

About the Role

On behalf of our valued client, we are seeking an exceptional Accommodation Manager to lead their dynamic team at a popular UK holiday resort. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader with a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Our client is renowned for creating memorable escapes, and the Accommodation Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each guest’s stay is unforgettable. If you have a flair for leadership and the drive to maintain impeccable standards, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

As Accommodation Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of supervisors and their cleaning teams to deliver accommodation of the highest quality.
  • Empower team leaders to address guest complaints and queries effectively, while providing support when required.
  • Oversee and maintain rigorous cleaning and presentation standards across the resort.
  • Monitor guest feedback and use insights to continuously enhance the guest experience.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure standards are consistently met.
  • Work collaboratively with the park management team to achieve the resort’s overall objectives.

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is looking for someone who has:

  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing cleaning or housekeeping teams in a hospitality setting.
  • Outstanding people skills to inspire and motivate teams to excel.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to customer satisfaction and an exceptional eye for detail.
