Job Title: Steel Mould Assembler

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Steel Mould Assembler, you'll be at the heart of our production process, shaping and assembling the steel frameworks that bring our concrete creations to life. Your day-to-day will involve cutting, bending, tying, and welding steel into precise shapes and forms. You’ll work closely with detailed CAD drawings and bending schedules to ensure every piece fits just right, playing a crucial role in creating the Molds that define our products.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Quality Matters: Double-check your work to make sure everything’s perfect before it’s cast.
• Keep It Running: Perform regular checks on equipment to keep everything in top shape.

• Stock Sense: Keep an eye on materials, coordinating with team leaders to ensure we’re always stocked up.

• A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in concrete.

• Readiness to work extra hours when needed.

Your Background:

• Experience in construction or steel fabrication is ideal; familiarity with Precast concrete is a big plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills are a must.
• Hands-on experience is more important to us than formal qualifications.
