Key Area for this role will be:
Manage and support other sales agents to promote and grow their product range in like with company strategy
Manage, Retain and grow their business.
Maintaining the current business and developing new business with existing and new customers
The Scope of this position requires a full understanding of the role and function of the sales agents and sales personnel.
Building strong relationships with the sales agent, understanding their needs and monitoring their progress and proving services, advice and training as required.
