Our client based in Colchester are looking for an Assistant Production manager to join their fun and vibrant team
Key Accountabilities for this role are:
Manage the day to day activates of the production shift
Meeting KPI’s such as Cost Per unit, Overall Equipment effectiveness, Quality and Output.
Healthy and Safety
System and Administration
Essential experience for this role are:
Previous Management Supervisory experience in a food production environment
Experience and good knowledge in the areas of batch control, stock control and management
Strong man-management training and skill with ability to motivate and get the best from individuals
Preferred experience but not essential
Formal training in health and safety and food hygiene
Good knowledge of Work, Excel and Outlook, experience with Sage 2000 desirable
